Hi, I’m Stella 💛
For the past 17 years my hands and heart have been in this industry. I started as a hairstylist with one goal… to help women feel confident, seen, and beautiful in their own skin. What began behind the chair has grown into something so much greater. A purpose-driven mission to elevate not only how people look, but how they feel about themselves.
I created KOMI Salon as a space where beauty and intention meet. Every part of this salon was built with care, from the design to the way our team connects with each guest. Our focus has always been deeper than hair. It’s about creating an experience that feels luxurious, nurturing, and empowering. A place where you can exhale, feel taken care of, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more yourself.
Over the years my role has evolved from stylist to mentor and educator. Through KOMI Education I’ve been able to pour my experience into stylists who are ready to grow their skills, confidence, and leadership. And through KOMI Extensions I’ve built a professional hair line rooted in quality, integrity, and artistry… created for stylists who want to deliver seamless, natural transformations for their clients.
I believe true beauty begins when confidence and authenticity align. When we take care of ourselves, inside and out, we show up differently in the world. That belief guides everything I do, from how we serve our guests to how I lead and mentor the next generation of artists.
These days you’ll find me guiding my team at KOMI Salon, teaching advanced extension techniques, or speaking with stylists about growth and leadership. At home, I’m happiest with my husband Michael and our dogs, soaking in the simple moments that remind me why I started all of this in the first place.
KOMI has become more than a salon. It’s a reflection of what happens when passion meets purpose. A space built to inspire, empower, and remind every person who walks through our doors that they are capable of becoming the best version of themselves.
