Hi, I’m Kristin Molino, and I’ve been proud to call the beauty industry my home for over 23 years. From hairstyling and makeup to nails, I’ve built my career around one simple passion — helping women feel beautiful, confident, and seen. I truly believe this is the gift God gave me, and I’m so grateful for every opportunity to create and connect through my craft.
Behind the chair, I love bringing transformations to life — not just in hair, but in spirit. Every client leaves a little piece of their story with me, and those connections are what make this career so special.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me bowling (my favorite competition is always with myself ), cheering on my Dodgers with my husband — my best friend and biggest supporter — or taking a spontaneous road trip to explore new places and tiny towns along the way.
At home, our two fur babies, Bourbon and Buster, keep life joyful and full of love. When I’m not creating behind the chair, I’m caring for my amazing mom, who inspires me daily with her strength as she navigates Parkinson’s and dementia.
As I look ahead, I’m excited for the next chapter of my career — one where I continue to grow while mentoring and inspiring other stylists to find their passion, purpose, and confidence behind the chair. Because in the end, it all starts with one thing — a great hairstyle and the confidence that comes with it.
