Hi everyone!
I’m Argelo and I was born and raised on the island of Oahu. I began with my hair journey when I was 13 years old, styling my dance teammate’s hair for competitions and what not. At KOMi, I was extremely inspired to turn this hobby into a career as I continue to learn about new techniques and skills every single day. For now, I love doing vivid colors, big transformations, and hairstyling.
Aside from being in the salon or behind the chair, I enjoy various outdoor activities. I like exploring new areas and taking photos of every single thing. I also am a dancer; I enjoy taking and teaching choreography classes. My favorite genre of dance is hiphop! I love sharing my stories and listening to others.
I am very excited for anyone to sit in my chair and I can’t wait to hear and share with you!
