What To Expect
As a new client, you’ll receive extra time at your first appointment for a thorough consultation and selection of hand-tied wefts. Expect your first appointment to last between 4-6 hours to create the extensions transformation of your dreams!
Initial Installation Options
There are multiple options for your Initial Installation appointment, most options include custom dimensional hair color and upgraded treatments, hand-tied hair installation, cut, finished style, and our signature Komi Home Care Kit to care for your investment between appointments.
Investment
All installation appointments require a non-refundable retainer of $500 that is applied to your service at the time of your appointment. At your appointment, you will pay for the remainder of your investment. All cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours notice or will forfeit the retainer.
Extension Packages
One Row Packages
This option is ideal for the woman who wants to add volume and texture at her current natural length or slightly longer. Hair cost depends on length.
Two Row Packages
This option is ideal for the woman whose hair length is at least to her collarbones and would like to add significant length.
Three Row Packages
Includes transformative color and installation of 2.5-3 rows for the highly-sought-after “social media influencer, Pinterest-worthy, glam” hair. This option also may be required for the woman who desires significant added length but her own natural hair has shorter layers that require additional extension hair to be able to create a blended and natural end result.

Extension Maintenance
The Maintenance Appointment menu is for existing clients. Maintenance Appointments are required every 6-8 weeks for hand-tied extension methods. Extension Maintenance Includes: Washhouse Experience , Extension Move up, Extension Custom Color Refresh & Luxury Treatment, Blow out & Style
