STYLIST LEVELS
OUR STYLISTS WORK ON A LEVEL SYSTEM THAT IS BASED ON THEIR ACHIEVEMENT IN REACHING A SERIES OF GOALS. THE LEVEL SYSTEM ALLOWS THEM TO MOVE FORWARD IN THEIR CAREER, WHILE ALSO PROVIDING A CHOICE TO OUR GUESTS IN TERMS OF EXPERIENCE AND PRICE POINT
Protege Stylist
Protoge’s are licensed beauty professionals and are now working through our in-house associate training program. They assist our Senior and Master Stylists throughout the day, and receive hands-on training with live models once a week under the guidance of our Senior/Master stylists. Completion of the Associate Program at Komi may take anywhere from 9-12 months. They have gained and developed the skills necessary to deliver KOMI quality services in select areas of their craft, and offer a limited menu of services to our clients.
Senior Stylist
Senior Stylists have accumulated experience, education and skill from both behind the chair, as well as through top continuing education. They are well equipped to handle the many intricacies of customized cutting and coloring services. They are also skilled in advanced services, such as extensive color projects and color corrections.
Master Stylist
Master Stylists are just that: True masters of their craft. They are established, respected, and carry a reputation for excellence that has earned them this title. With years, sometimes decades of experience, advanced education and the highest demand for their services, there isn’t much a Master Stylist hasn’t handled in his or her craft. They are leaders in the organization, and experienced mentors who pay their knowledge forward to the future generation of up & coming talent!
